SHIPPING

The shipping method for your registry items will be determined based on your preferences and agreements with your guests. It can either occur after your event has passed or as the gifts are being received. Please keep in mind that the delivery time may vary depending on the brand of the merchandise.

CASH GIFTING

At Il’argento, we understand that sometimes, cash can be the perfect gift. That's why we offer the flexibility to receive cash gifts in various forms, such as our Honeymoon funds. The best part? There are absolutely no fees associated with these funds. However, please keep in mind that cash gifts have a limit of 20% of the total products selected in your registry. It's important to note that gifts received as funds can be converted into cash, whereas gifts received as products can only be exchanged for store credit.

PRICE MATCH

We want to make sure you're getting the best value for your registry items. If, within 48 hours of placing your final order (typically after your wedding), you discover a lower everyday price on a product from an approved online retailer, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're more than happy to adjust the price to match it.

Please note that price matching excludes promotional prices (including Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday), items on sale (including clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, or pre-owned). It also does not apply to typographical errors, limited-time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, and free items.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. We gladly accept returns within our guidelines. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition, with all original packaging. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
